These images hold copyright and are owned by the photographer. It is a crime to screenshot and remove watermarked images without purchase. By viewing the gallery, purchasing or downloading any images you are in agreement.

These photos are for approved use from the purchaser. They hold copyright, are not available for transfer, and all rights are reserved by the photographer.

By downloading the files you are in agreement. Should the photographs be found in use without permission, the photographer holds the right to seek out payment for use of the photos. If payment is not made and the photos remain in use, the photographer will be required to take further action which includes but is not limited to legal action and reporting to the platforms the photos are being used on.
